Distinguished components:
1. Hot plate
Hot plates are machined from 45# steel rolled and heat treated. Surface finish Ra≤1.6um.
2. Top and bottom Table
Top and bottom tables are made of Q235 steel high quality weldment, with heat treatment after welding as a whole into the furnace, thoroughly eliminate the welding stress, and then precision machined, to ensure no deformation in the course of using.
3. Oil cylinder
The oil cylinder made of ZG270-500 cast steel, piston uses cast steel alloy Chilled. Each cylinder body sets control value, sealing structure with double way sealing ring and a combination of dust ring structure, ensuring the long time using.
4. Heat insulation board
Insulation board does not contain asbestos, coefficient of thermal conductivity 0.022 w/m.k, temperature 180 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, thickness of δ 15mm.
5. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic station is on the side of the machine. It has system safety pressure limiting device, with automatic pressure compensation function, hydraulic devices and control valve safety interlock. According to process flow and motion requirement to the hydraulic system design, the main hydraulic parts use YUKEN or similar high quality components to ensure that equipment quality and operation reliability.
6. Safety
Perfect safety monitoring and control system-: Install the emergency stop button on the operator panel and install the active stop switch and the emergency stop button box at the appropriate operating positions of the equipment.
